From thelas and rickshaws to factory jobs and home-run businesses, we help people move from helplessness to self-reliance. Whether educated or unskilled, disabled or abandoned, everyone deserves a fair shot at earning their own bread. Through job placements, startup support, and hands-on training, we don’t just help people survive we help them stand tall.
We help both skilled and unskilled individuals find honest work from factory shifts to shop roles, so they can earn without begging or borrowing.
Whether it’s a thela, tea stall, or e-rickshaw, we help people set up small street businesses giving them ownership, not just wages.
We offer hands-on training in stitching, beauty, mehandi, and basic trade skills especially for women, youth, and disabled individuals.
We support specially-abled individuals with custom job placements, tools, and small business setups empowering them to live independently.
Through our Livelihood for All initiative, we help people start afresh with purpose from thela and rickshaws to job placements and skill-building.
