Pehchaan Se Pragati Tak

Despite constitutional rights and policy inclusion, a large part of India’s transgender community still lives undocumented — invisible in the eyes of governance. Without ID cards, ration cards, Ayushman Bharat, or pension access, their survival becomes a daily battle. Through this initiative, we’re working on the ground to connect transgender individuals with every government facility they are entitled to — from legal documentation to welfare schemes, from health coverage to livelihood opportunities.
Many individuals in this community face police harassment, eviction, or social boycott. We work to raise awareness about their constitutional rights, provide legal aid when needed, and help them file gender identity affidavits under the Transgender Persons Act.

Pehchaan Milegi, Toh Haq Bhi Milega

Most transgender persons face rejection at local government offices while applying for Aadhaar, PAN, or voter ID due to mismatch in appearance, name, or social stigma. We assist in paperwork, legal affidavit support, and liaison with departments to ensure their identity is recognized officially.

Ration, Ilaj, Ghar — Sabka Adhikaar

Ration cards, old age pensions, Ayushman health cards, and housing schemes often remain inaccessible. Our teams conduct field drives to identify those left out and apply on their behalf, ensuring they can access food, healthcare, and shelter without shame.

Kaam Seekhna, Rozgaar Paana

Without official ID, most transgender persons are excluded from employment programs and government-run skill centres. We help them enroll into free government skill training (like sewing, beautician courses, computer literacy) and connect them with MSME and self-help schemes.

“A ration card. A bank account. A job. For many, these are basics. For transgender  lives, they are still battles. Walk with us — to open doors that have been shut for too long.”
